CRAP.
Well it is a chance one takes when you paper over paper. Not to mention the fact that I have had the paper for a while so the glue may not be the best, etc etc. Blah blah blah. The rest of it is only up by the skin of its teeth, if I touched it it would come down.
Off to the Home Depot I go, to get wall paper paste and try to fix it. Sigh!!
